Three players are absent from Barcelona’s FC squad to face Feyenoord in the Champions League Competition.
FC Barcelona is hosting Feyenoord Rotterdam today this Wednesday by 6:45 PM in the Champions League competition. Frenkie De Jong, Eric Garcia, and Roony Bardghji are absent from the Blaugrana squad for todays match.
Barcelona FC announced their squad on Wednesday for the late afternoon match against Feyenoord club by (6:45 PM). Three players are unavailable. Frenkie De Jong is still recovering from his torn knee ligament and is not expected to return to the training before October. Eric Garcia is suspended due to the red card received in the Champions League quarter-final second leg against Atlético Madrid (0-2, 2-1) goal line last season.
As for Roony Bardghji, he is expected to be out for six to seven months due to a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament on his right knee sustained during preseason match. Having made their best start this season under Hansi Flick, leading La Liga with four wins in four matches and 17 goals scored while conceding only two, Barcelona FC must maintain this momentum for their Champions League opener game.
