Without being asked, Luis Enrique had said of Warren Zaïre-Emery (20 years old) in the wake of PSG’s second Champions League title winner : “I was very unfair to Warren as a coach. He deserved to play in that final. He did everything. He showed his character, he accepted my own decision. He showed, in the minutes he had, that he was a true professional and a very special person to the club.”
