The UFC announced that the Brazilian MMA fighter was found unconscious, apparently after suffering a heart attack in his sleep. “This morning, Monday, August 3 – 2026, our beloved flyweight fighter, Allan Nascimento, was found unconscious after apparently suffering a heart attack in his sleep. Despite the efforts of the medical team dispatched to the scene, but he was pronounced dead at the scene ,” the organization stated on its Twitter account today.
The man nicknamed “Puro Osso” had fought 29 times in the UFC flyweight division sport, with a record of 22 wins and 7 losses. “Our thoughts and sincere condolences go out to Allan’s family, friends, teammates, and to all those close to him during this extremely difficult time in life ,” the UFC added.
